Perishable Goods Exemption
Due to the perishable nature of our products (freshly made tea and food), we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been handed over to the customer or the delivery driver.
Refunds & Issues
We are committed to quality. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

- Defective/Damaged: The product arrived spilled, damaged, or spoiled.

Reporting Process
