- Self-Pickup: If you select “Self-Pickup,” please ensure you collect your order within the designated timeframe at the selected branch. We are not responsible for the quality degradation of beverages (e.g., melting ice) if the collection is delayed by the customer.
- Delivery: Delivery services are facilitated through third-party partners (e.g., Lalamove). Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or driver availability.
- Immediate Consumption: For the best experience, we recommend consuming our beverages immediately upon receipt.
